Learning Needs: Adding and Editing Plans and Classifications
To add a new Learning Plan or a Classification to a student’s Learning Biography, scroll to the “Learning Needs” module, then click Edit.
Here is where you are able to check the box next to any additional Learning Plans as well as Classifications. You can also add notes next to the Learning Plan name. (i.e., date plan begins, additional information, specific medical alert information, etc.)
Add a New Custom Classification
- In the Learning Plans module, Click Edit
- Go to Quick Add and enter the custom classification. If the classification already exists, it will appear as a suggestion when you are typing.
- If it does not exist, enter the classification and click ADD
**Please note: To avoid any changes made not being saved, you will not be able to click out of the text editor until you hit save or cancel.
