Goals Overview

The Goals feature is designed to help you track and progress monitor student data.

Overview

When you enter the goals tab inside a student's profile, you will see an overview list of all your students' active goals.  They will have the goal category listed at the top, followed by the individual goal as well as any objectives.

From this page, you can click into each goal, record data tasks, view graphs, and use progress monitoring tools.

Filter Goals

Goals can be filtered using the side panel.  The filter options will populate from your goal categories and allow you to narrow your overview of goals to a specific type of goal. 

Archive Goals

To archive a goal, click "Archive" on the right side of the goal.  To find this goal again, click on "Archived Goals" in the filter on the left side.

NOTE: If your school's goal data is being sent to EdMod from your IEP System via an SFTP, you will not be able to archive goals manually. EdMod will automatically archive them when the IEP System stops sending them (i.e., plan end date has passed, student has exited/switched plans, etc.)

In archived goals, you can view a student's completed goals and all data that was recorded for that goal.

Unarchive Goals

To unarchive a goal, click "Archived Goals" in the filter on the left side.

Then Click "Restore".

To view this goal, click "Active Goals" on the left-hand side.
