Filter View: Edit

Customize your view using Edit.  Group similar accommodations, group snapshot information together, and choose the order information appears in.  All fields that are visible in your filter view will be visible in edit mode. 

Edit

Click Edit to manage and further customize your view.

Grouping

Group together similar accommodations or fields (for example: “Extended Time 1.5” and “Extended Time 2" - would be grouped to “Extended Time”, or group similar fields together  “Waive Paragraphing Requirements, Waive Punctuation Requirements, and Waive Spelling Requirements” - grouped to “Writing Accommodations”)

  1. Check off fields you would like to group
  2. Click Group 

You will be prompted to name your grouped fields, once named click Save

Once fields are grouped you will see the symbol below next to the group

Exit Edit mode by clicking Edit again.

On your filter view, you will see your newly grouped fields in a column.  The check mark will have a dot next to it indicating there is more than one field included in the grouping,  if you hover over the checkmark you will see all group fields. 

Ungroup

If you no longer want fields grouped together:

  1. Check off the field(s) you would no longer like grouped
  2. Click Ungroup

Exit Edit mode by clicking Edit again.

Search

If you are searching for specific fields you can search by keywords in the search bar in the top right corner.  

Re-Order

If you would like to re-order the fields on your filter view drag and drop the fields using the dots on the far right of your screen. 

Exit Edit mode by clicking Edit again.
