Creating Exportable Templates
This article walks you through the steps needed to create a template under the Managed Plans™ suite.
Step 1: Navigate to Export Templates
- In the upper-right-hand corner of the screen, click on the blue author stamp circular with your initials.
- In the menu that appears, click "Settings".
- Click "Export Templates" in the top menu of the Settings page.
Step 2: Add New Template
- Click "+ Add New" on the left side of the page
- Enter a name for your template
- Click "Header Left" and "Header Right" to enter Logo, Student Name, or Custom Text
- Click "Select" to choose the information that you want to show on this template (i.e. Snapshot information, Accommodations, Goals, Strategies, etc.) Note: You can edit the name of the modules or hide the title
- After choosing the information that you want from the students' profile, you can customize the export by adding:
- custom text
- custom title
- check box
- signature
- Click "Footer Left" and "Footer Right" to enter Logo, Student Name, or Custom Text
Click "Save" when finished.
Exporting Templates
You can export your student's full profile from the export button found at the top right of your screen
Once you click export, you will be prompted to name your export, select an export template, or configure a custom export. In this article, we are going to focus on naming the export and selecting an export template.
- Name the export
- Choose a template to export
- Click Export
You will see a small window pop up in the bottom right corner of your screen. Once the download is complete, you will see a link to download your PDF.
You will also be able to find all downloads in the documents section of your student's learning bio under "Student Data Exports".
