How to Create a Template in EdMod Managed Plans

This article walks you through the steps needed to create a template under the Managed Plans™ suite.  

Step 1: Navigate to Export Templates

  1. In the upper-right-hand corner of the screen, click on the blue author stamp circular with your initials. 
  2. In the menu that appears, click "Settings". 
  3. Click "Export Templates" in the top menu of the Settings page.

Step 2: Add New Template

  1. Click "+ Add New" on the left side of the page 
  2. Enter a name for your template 
  3. Click "Header Left" and "Header Right" to enter Logo, Student Name, or Custom Text
  4. Click "Select" to choose the information that you want to show on this template (i.e. Snapshot information, Accommodations, Goals, Strategies, etc.) Note: You can edit the name of the modules or hide the title
  5. After choosing the information that you want from the students' profile, you can customize the export by adding:
    1. custom text
    2. custom title
    3. check box
    4. signature
  6. Click "Footer Left" and "Footer Right" to enter Logo, Student Name, or Custom Text
  7. Click "Save" when finished.
