How to Input and Edit Data into the Data Collection Hub
Data can be input in two ways:
Through the Data Collection Hub Tab
Within the students' profile
Inputting data through the Data Collection Hub Tab
- Select “Data Collection Hub” in the top right corner
- Select the form you wish to use for data collection
- Select the students you are inputting data for
- Input data within the provided fields
Click “Submit”
Inputting Data through the Student’s Profile
- Go to your student’s profile
- Select the “Data Hub Submissions” tab
- Click “Add”
- Input data within the provided fields
- Click “Submit”
Note: As you fill out the form, the data will be saved at the top of the form in the "Drafts" area. They are automatically created and will update with every change you make in the form. If you happen to leave the page or refresh the page for any reason, click on the Drafts to continue editing.
Editing Data
Edit, Copy, or Archive existing submissions using the universal edit button “...” on the far right of the submissions module.
