Data Collection Hub: Form Building Updates (29.2.0)

We’ve added new flexibility to form building in the Data Collection Hub, making data collection more customizable and efficient.

Smart Accommodation Field Enhancements

When tracking accommodations using a Smart Accommodation Field, you can now choose how options are displayed:

• Dropdown
• Radio Buttons

• This setting is available under Advanced Options when configuring the field.

  

New Field Type: Radio Button Field

When creating any form, you now have the option to add a Radio Button Field as a question type. This is ideal for single-answer questions like:

• Yes/No
• Subject
  • Math, Science, ELA
• How often is the student late to school?
  • Rarely, Once a month, Every two weeks, Weekly, Multiple times a week

Note: At least one response option must be added, or you’ll receive an error message.
