Documents: Adding/Editing

To add a live link or upload an existing file onto a student's Learning Biography, please see below: 

  • Go to the "Documents" tab in the student's Learning Biography 
  • Click on "..." and then on "edit" 
  • Fill in document name (required) 
  • Add a live link (we integrate with Google Docs and Microsoft OneDrive and all permissions transfer over) or upload a file. 

  • You can classify the document as a learning plan
  • If the learning plan is not associated with a document already, the plan in the snapshot will link with the document. You will see that the learning plan is now underlined. All you have to do is click the plan name and the document will open
