Viewing and Filtering Data in the Data Collection Hub

Viewing and filtering data can be done in two ways:

1. Student Profile
2. Data Collection Hub

Student Profile

Viewing data in the student's profile will show submissions for ONLY that student

1. Go to your student profile
2. Select the “Data Hub Submissions” tab

Note: Each form will have its own module

Data Collection Hub

Viewing data in the Data Collection Hub will show ALL data submissions for that form

1. Select “Data Collection Hub” in the top right corner
2. Select “Form”
3. Click on “Submissions”

Table View

The table view is best for viewing numerical or short answer submissions

List View

List view is best for viewing narrative submissions

Filtering Data

Classes & Group & Select Students

• Within the Data Collection Hub, you can now filter submissions by "Classes & Groups," conveniently located at the top of the page for easy access.

• The "Filter by Student" option has also been repositioned to ensure both filters are prominently visible. Plus, the student list now dynamically loads based on your selected "Classes & Groups," streamlining your workflow.

  

Table View

• Filter and sort data using the three bars in the header of each field
• This workflow should feel similar to Google Sheets

List View

• Filter data using the checkboxes on the left side of the screen

Note - The filter view may be hidden - click the arrow to expose

• This workflow should feel similar to existing platform filtering features
