Receiving an Error Message
Are you receiving an error message like one of the ones below?
- "No organization found. Please contact your site administrator."
- In Schoology or Canvas: Stuck on the Approval Screen
- In Schoology or Canvas: Any kind of 'Google Not Connecting' error
- Canvas: Organization not set up, contact your administrator
If so, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
