Receiving an Error Message

Are you receiving an error message like one of the ones below? 

  1. "No organization found. Please contact your site administrator."
  2. In Schoology or Canvas:  Stuck on the Approval Screen
  3. In Schoology or Canvas:  Any kind of 'Google Not Connecting' error
  4. Canvas:  Organization not set up, contact your administrator

If so, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

  3. If enabling third-party cookies doesn't fix your issue, please contact your IT department to see if there are any firewalls blocking the connection to Education Modified.
