Viewing Data Submissions in the EdMod Data Dashboard

The EdMod Data Dashboard, located within the Data Collection Hub, provides school and district leaders with a visual, real-time overview of student data. This powerful tool simplifies the process of monitoring usage trends, identifying gaps, and making informed, data-driven decisions across your organization.

Note: The EdMod Data Dashboard is a paid add-on feature. If you're interested in adding it to your subscription, please contact your Education Modified Success Manager to get started.

To access the EdMod Data Dashboard:

1. Navigate to the Data Collection Hub.
2. Click on the Dashboard tab.
3. Select the form you’d like to view data for.

Navigating the Dashboard

Once you've selected a form, you’ll be able to explore detailed insights, including:

• Submission Metrics
  • Total number of submissions
  • Number of students with tracked data

  • Date of the last submission

    Student Data

  • List of students who have data entries
  • Date of each student’s last submission

  • Total number of submissions per student

    Teacher Data

  • List of teachers who have tracked data
  • Date of each teacher’s last submission
  • Total number of submissions per teacher

Filtering Options

You can refine your view using the following filters:

• Courses and Groups
• Learning Plans & Learning Needs
• Group Templates
• Specific Students (select one or more)
• Specific Teachers (select one or more)

These filters allow you to drill down into the form’s questions and view targeted, visual insights into the data. You can also toggle between different graph types to customize how the information is displayed.

Exporting Data

To export the dashboard data:

• Click Export in the top-right corner of the screen.
