Release 32.0.0 Introducing Insights Dashboard

Get a high-level view of your organization’s data with the new Insights Dashboard. Designed for administrators and educational leaders, this first release provides quick, actionable insights into student data across Education Modified, helping you monitor trends and make informed decisions.

Note: This is the first version (MVP) of Insights. Additional features and enhancements will be added in future releases.

What's New

Insights provides organization-wide insights with flexible filtering and customizable data views.

With Insights, you can:

• Filter data by School, Class/Group, or Teacher
• View your organization's:
  • Top 5 Learning Plans
  • Goal Progress
  • Top 10 IDEA Classifications
  • Top 10 Strategies
  • Top 10 Accommodations
• Add data from Data Collection Hub form submissions to further customize your data views.
• Save custom data views for quick access
• Expand graphs to view the students represented in each data set

Insights gives administrators and educational leaders a centralized view of student and organizational data, making it easier to:

• Identify trends across schools, classes, and teachers
• Monitor student progress at a glance

Things to Know

• This is the first release of Insights, with additional functionality planned in future updates.
• Insights must be enabled for each organization in the Admin Panel before it becomes available.
• Access is controlled through the Permission Matrix. Be sure to enable the appropriate permissions for each user role that should have access to Insights.
• Views can be filtered by School, Class/Group, and Teacher.
• Custom views can be saved for future use.
• Graphs can be expanded to display the students included in each result.
• Data Collection Hub form submissions can be incorporated to provide additional insights.
• Export functionality is not available in this initial release but is planned for a future update.
